The first quarter of 2022 saw impressive performances from the top 2D cartoon games on the Android platform in Nigeria. Here’s a breakdown of how the top five games fared, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Candy Crush Saga from King experienced robust weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $4.8K in the final week of February. Weekly downloads showed a significant decline from about 35K at the start of the quarter to 15.6K by the end of March. The game maintained a high number of weekly active users, starting at 461K and ending the quarter with close to 498K.

Bubble Shooter by Happy Dragon Inc. recorded steady weekly downloads, starting at 19K and ending at around 9.6K. Active users also showed a decline from 178K to 136K over the quarter.

Cutie Garden by MiniJoy Studio saw a gradual decrease in both downloads and active users. Weekly downloads began at 17.5K and dropped to 10.5K, while active users started at 39.4K and fell to 27K by the end of the quarter.
